07h00 – 07h45 Join us for a light breakfast at Madiba’s Post-Presidential office (Full run briefing to take place over breakfast) 07h45 Depart from the Nelson Mandela Foundation to the Union Buildings in a symbolic send-off to our beloved Tata Madiba (To be led by Marshalls – JMPD / Tshwane Traffic / Think Bike and others) Route to follow main highways via the Palace of Justice, where Madiba was sentenced to life imprisonment on the 12th of June 1964, and then on to the Union Buildings, where Madiba was inaugurated as the first President of a Democratic South Africa on the 10th of May 1994
